Dear Flat Owners of The Atria,
This Society is being managed by a few members taking great pain and spending their valuable time and effort. We lacked an authority. There wasn’t a registered entity to make rules and make them binding on the members. The pending maintenance work and the growing list of defaulters are proof of the same.
Things are changing and the members of the Atria Society have formed a new association named “Atria Owners Association”. We have taken the legal route to get there. Everything is formal and the new association is formed. Now we have a well defined bye-law with provisions covering all major governing aspects of our society. Also the mandatory aspects which the law of the land mandates.
We take this opportunity to invite each one of the flat owners to join this association to make our Society better by being responsible and help resolve issues faced by the Society and its members.
